Eastern Shore Trail Ride is located at 7169 Cedar Grove Farm Road, Machipongo, VA 23405.
Northampton Fire and Rescue does a fundraiser each fall and spring, Eastern Shore Trail Ride. Riders come from all over the East Coast to ride on the beach! Riders start arriving on Thursday and stay the weekend at the camp site. Saturday the fire department provides lunch on the trail, and then Saturday evening, dinner is served. Saturday night the DJ comes to play music and people enjoy the dance floor! Sunday morning the fire department provides another breakfast and then riders are free to ride and stay at the camp site. The fire department gives a HUGE thank you to those who make this event such a success. The coordinators, land-owners and riders, we thank you, without you guys this would not be possible!
